• Please clearly state that you want a refund for the Drug Tests that you are returning and provide uVera Diagnostics with the date of purchase and invoice number.
• Call uVera Diagnostics and let us know that your return is packed and ready to be picked up and we will have UPS or FedEx pick them up.
• Once we have received the unopened Drug Tests and the information requested, you will receive a response from us letting you know that we have received your returned Drug Tests and we will begin processing your refund.
